Damages and Lost Packages Exomere is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. Exomere is not responsible for orders delivered incorrectly or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
